Call Center Representative Career

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by scheduling appointments, providing product and service information and communicating customer issues. This position has strong administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments for customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Administrative Duties such as scanning, filing and mailing

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
